Jack's Big Music Show

Today was Audrey's first birthday party and we really wanted to give her something special. She's a big fan of Jack's Big Music Show. There's not a lot of merchandise out there for Jack so I thought, "Hey, I'll just make Audrey a Jack puppet. Never mind that I have a kajillion things to do, and I should be focusing on getting our house ready for the market on Monday, I'll spend the weekend sewing and making messes. It can't be that hard . . . " Famous last words.

I actually picked up the fabric two weeks ago and have just been procrastinating so I didn't start until 10 p.m. last night. I was worried that it was going to be a disaster and I wouldn't have a chance to pick anything else up, but I think it actually turned out pretty well. What do you think?

Wow, impressive! That looks very professional. How long did it take you to make? Also, cute shirt.

You are a puppet master!
After typing that I realized that the phrase "puppet master" gives me the heebee geebies...like its a scary movie or something. I am imagining puppets coming alive at night...and not in a happy land of Nod way. Okay turning off the imagination.

And he is just perfect - Audrey really loves him. Are you going to post Creed in his bow tie with the flowers? Just too cute for words! You can't leave....

So impressive! It's amazing that you can just whip up a perfect "Jack" puppet. Sammy loves Jack too but I'm sure I could never do something that good. You are awesome!

I don't know how you do it. Are we really related? I need to take Stephanie lessons so I can be more like you.
