Good call Scott. Patient presented with left shoulder pain, and they found an elevated left hemidiaphragm, due to a gigantic hepatic mass pictured in CT below the chest x-ray. Turns out it was Entamoeba histolytica! Creed and I were both suprised by that one.
Yeah the x-ray was the easy part. The hard part is what do you do with Entamoeba histolytica. You will have to ask Creed what he thinks the best treatment regiment for that one will be
